 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  This is our second time using Barnett Roofing to repair our roof. They offer exceptional service with reasonable pricing. We had two separate leaks, and Eric and his crew were able to have it repaired in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company. I woke up at 5:30 am with my feet in a puddle. Never had a roof leak before. Torrential rains all night long (Oct. 3) must have finally blown off some shingles. It happened quickly. There was no leak at 3:00 am but, by 5:30 there was a puddle in the bed. I did an immediate Google search and found Barnett Roofing had the best rating of all the search results. The website indicated 24/7 calls so I called about 6:30 am, the AI assistant took my info, and by 7:55 am I got a call back from Megan. Very nice, professional and helpful. She dispatched Jimmy Loope to assist me. Jimmy was here by 9:47 am. He came in to assess the leak. Took photos where the leak was in the bedroom as well as going into the attic to further assess. Within a few minutes he and his partner were on the roof locating the issue and patching it to keep me leak free until repairs can be made. Job foreman Matthew arrived on time and spent time going over what his crew was going to do (full roof replacement, skylight replacement) and made sure I understood the process. Gary and crew did a very nice job. They kept everything clean while they were working, caused no disruption to our normal activities, and showed me pictures of all the work from start to finish. When we discovered a leak above our front door that had already caused some damage inside, I called Barnett Roofing, and Jimmy came out the very same day. Rain was in the forecast that night, so he tarped the area right away to keep things from getting worse. That quick response saved us from a lot more damage and stress.

He came back to do the full repair, and the work was excellent. Jimmy was professional, explained what had caused the leak and what he was doing to fix it, and left everything clean. The leak is completely resolved.

It's hard to find a contractor who shows up when you need them and does the job right. I highly recommend Jimmy and Barnett Roofing to anyone needing roof work.
